Recently, in the Cangshan Industrial Agglomeration Area of Tiantai County, the "20,000 Tons Annual Output Silicone Oil and Deep Processing Project" of Zhejiang Tiansilicon New Materials Co., Ltd. achieved a new milestone — the main building was officially topped out.
Since construction began in August last year, the project has completed pile foundation works, with over 50% of civil construction progress finished. Equipment procurement and installation plans are advancing in an orderly manner, and it is expected to enter the trial production stage by the end of this year. The implementation of this project not only represents an important practice of Tiantai County's "Industrial Eastward Expansion" strategy but also serves as a benchmark for the high-quality development of Tiantai's "Smart Manufacturing City" in the field of silicone new materials.

Dual Engines for Building Industrial Heights
Relying on a team of senior experts in the silicone industry and years of R&D accumulation, Tiansilicon New Materials focuses on high-end product areas such as methyl silicone oil, functional silicone oil, and silicone artificial leather. It creates products with characteristics like high temperature aging resistance, environmental protection, and safety, which are widely used in textiles, automotive interiors, cosmetics, and daily necessities.
Among them, silicone artificial leather forms upstream-downstream collaboration with automotive interior enterprises in the park, further extending the industrial chain; functional silicone oil targets the foreign high-end market, meeting EU environmental standards with green production processes to help Chinese cosmetics enhance export competitiveness.
The "20,000 Tons Annual Output Silicone Oil and Deep Processing Project" of Tiansilicon New Materials plans to adopt fully automatic continuous production lines and a DCS distributed control system, achieving closed-loop operations for the entire process of raw material transportation, reaction control, and distillation separation. Only two or three employees are needed in the control center to manage the entire production line. The production process achieves "zero discharge" of wastewater and ultra-low emission of waste gas, coupled with an automatic monitoring system to ensure full compliance with environmental protection indicators.
With a total investment of 225 million yuan, the project will become an important growth pole for Tiantai County's silicone new materials industry after it is put into production.

Mao Kaibiao, the project initiator and senior engineer in the silicone industry, stated that the dual drive of hometown feelings and industrial prospects prompted his return. "Relevant departments of the county have established a project coordination team to help our enterprise accelerate project promotion, allowing us to have no worries in project construction and product R&D."
The rapid advancement of the Tiansilicon New Materials project reflects the sincerity of Tiantai County Government in "building a nest to attract phoenixes" and serves as a microcosm of Tiantai Economic Development Zone's efforts in "spelling out the economy, advancing projects, and grasping development." Since the beginning of this year, the local government has closely followed the three tractionary 抓手 (key initiatives) proposed by the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Government, focused on the five actions for industrial platform capacity upgrading, established a science and technology innovation investment group and government industrial funds, and promoted deep integration of capital and industry.
