Longhu Heavy-duty Wheel Hub Grease X222 adopts an innovative composite soap-based formula, which is environmentally friendly and healthy, with excellent high-temperature performance. Its dropping point is over 330℃, and the applicable temperature range is -30℃ to 180℃, far exceeding similar products. At a high temperature of 125℃, its friction coefficient is 30% better than that of competitors, enabling it to maintain excellent lubricating performance continuously. It can form a stable lubricating oil film in hot summer or high-temperature environments caused by frequent braking of vehicles, reducing component wear.
Meanwhile, this grease also has excellent water spray resistance and rust prevention performance, with a water spray loss rate of only 1%, much lower than 3% and 4% of competitors. Under simulated harsh working conditions with water addition and heating, its consistency changes minimally, which can effectively prevent water from eroding wheel hub bearings and extend the service life of wheel hubs.
In addition, Longhu Heavy-duty Wheel Hub Grease X222 has good structural stability. Under the dual test of high temperature and strong mechanical shear, the change rate of the 100,000-time extended working penetration is only 5%, far lower than 18% and 23% of competitors. It is not easy to 甩脂 or lose, which can greatly reduce the daily maintenance cost of vehicles and improve transportation efficiency.
