On April 15, 2025, the 37th China International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition was held in Bao'an, Shenzhen, where Klüber Lubrication made a stunning appearance. At this exhibition, Klüber brought a full range of high-efficiency lubrication products, among which new products related to high-temperature chain oil became the focus, providing high-quality solutions for equipment lubrication in high-temperature working conditions in the film industry.
With the general increase in the production speed of film production lines, equipment operates under high sliding speed and high-temperature environments, putting forward higher requirements for lubricating oil. Klüber's Klübersynth CHZ 2-225 fully synthetic high-temperature chain oil is specially designed for the lubrication of the conveying chain sliding system and pin shafts in biaxial high-speed film stretching machines. It can maintain stable performance in high-temperature environments exceeding 200°C, significantly reduce the generation of operational residues, and provide long-term protection for equipment.
Another product, CH 2-280, is a cost-effective ace in Klüber's high-temperature chain oil field.
